Stay informed about your upcoming visits by checking the app. You can see who's coming, when they'll arrive, and real-time updates as your visit happens. When you open the Hailo app, the Home screen shows your next upcoming visit. You'll see the time, the caregiver's name, who they're caring for, and a quick summary. To see all visits beyond just the next one, tap View all or scroll down. The Plans tab shows all your active care schedules. When you tap Plans and then select a specific plan, you'll see all the visits scheduled under it, organized by date. If your app has a calendar view, you can tap the calendar icon to see all visits laid out by month. This helps you plan ahead and spot patterns in your care schedule. Tap any visit in the list to open its detail screen. Here you'll see the exact time, duration, caregiver's name and photo, any special instructions for the visit, and your agency's contact information. You can tap the caregiver's name or photo to view their profile and see their experience. When your agency enables visit status updates, the visit card will show when your caregiver has clocked in and when the visit is complete. If you need to reschedule, cancel, or make any changes to a visit, open the Messages tab and contact your agency directly. Include the date and time of the visit you're asking about. Your agency will handle the update and notify your caregiver if needed.
