If a visit is cancelled or shortened, the record shows exactly what occurred so you are billed correctly. You have proof of exactly when your caregiver was present. The visit record proves when your caregiver worked and where. If there is ever a dispute about whether they provided care or how long they worked, the timestamp and location proof show the truth.
