The Hailo app sends notifications to keep you informed about your visits, messages, and care updates. You can manage which notifications you receive in your settings. Visit scheduled — a new visit has been added to your calendar. Visit changed — a scheduled visit's time, date, or caregiver has changed. Caregiver on the way — your caregiver is about to arrive or has started traveling to you. Caregiver arrived — your caregiver has clocked in and is starting care. Visit completed — the caregiver has clocked out and the visit is finished New message — your agency or a caregiver sent you a message. Message reply — someone has replied to a message you sent Care plan update — changes to your recurring schedule or preferences. Invoice ready — a new invoice is available to view and pay. Caregiver notes — your caregiver left notes or updates about a visit Tap Profile or Settings, then look for Notifications or Notification Settings. You can turn different notification types on or off. Some apps also let you choose whether notifications sound an alarm, vibrate, or appear silently. Adjust your preferences based on what information you need most.
