When your care visits are complete, your agency creates an invoice and emails it to the billing contact on file. Here's how to review and pay it. Your agency emails the invoice to the billing contact address on file. The email includes your invoice and a private link to view it online. The link works on any phone or computer and doesn't require a sign-in. If you haven't received an invoice but expect one, contact your agency to confirm they have the correct email address for billing. Check the service dates, hours worked, rates, any adjustments, and the total due. Compare the visits listed with the care you actually received. In the Hailo app, your finished visits appear under Completed visits or in your past visit history. If a visit, duration, or rate looks wrong, contact your agency through the app or by phone before paying. They can correct the invoice and send an updated copy. Use Download PDF or Print / Save PDF on the invoice page to keep a copy for your records or to share with a family member who helps with finances. Follow the payment instructions on the invoice. Your agency may accept check, bank transfer, credit card, or other methods. Once they receive your payment, it will be recorded and the invoice marked paid.
