Forgot your password? You can reset it yourself from the sign-in screen in a couple of minutes. On the sign-in screen, look for the Forgot password link. Tap it and enter your email address. Hailo sends you a password reset email within a few minutes. Open the email and click the reset link. You will be asked to create a new password. Choose something you can remember and save it. Check your spam or junk folder; the email may have been filtered.. Wait a few minutes — the email can take up to 10 minutes to arrive.. Try again with the same email address.. Contact your agency; they can resend the reset link or help you recover your account. Tap the Profile or Settings tab, then look for Password or Security settings. Choose Change password or Update password. Enter your current password, then type your new password twice and save. Your new password takes effect immediately.
