You can invite trusted family members to see your care information. Each person gets their own private account and password—never share yours. Think about which people genuinely help coordinate your care—a spouse, adult child, or another trusted contact. Fewer accounts are easier to keep track of and keep your information more private. Contact your agency by message (through the Messages tab) or by phone. Give them the person's full name, email address, and relationship to you. Double-check the email address—the invitation will be sent there Your agency will send a private invitation link to their email. They follow the link to create their own account with their own password and sign in. Once connected, family members can see the same care information you see: upcoming visits, which caregiver is coming, visit notes, and agency updates. This helps them stay informed and gives you backup support without having to call them for every detail. If someone no longer needs access, ask your agency to remove them. Your agency can also resend an invitation if it expired or went to the wrong address. You're in control—only the people you want can see your care information.
