View your scheduled shifts in two ways: the Home tab for your next visit, or the Plans tab for your complete schedule. When you open the Hailo app, the Home screen shows your upcoming visit at the top. The card displays the client name, date, time, and service address—everything you need to head to the right place. Tap the Plans tab at the bottom to see all your scheduled shifts in a list. Scroll through to view your full schedule, or tap the calendar icon to see the entire month at once. Tap any shift to see the exact time, client name, service address, care tasks, and agency notes. You can also tap the address to open your phone's map app and get directions to the client's location. From the shift detail, tap Messages or look for the agency contact option to reach your team directly through the app instead of searching for a phone number.
