Clock-in records the exact time and your location when you arrive at the client's home. Clock-out captures how long you worked and finalizes the time your agency will use for payroll. Open the Hailo app and view your next visit on the Home screen. It shows the client name, time, and address. Tap the visit card to open the full details. When you're at the client's location, the app will ask for location permission if you haven't already granted it. Choose Allow. Then tap Clock in. Hailo records the time and your GPS location, and the screen shows your active visit with elapsed time counting up. As you provide care, check off any tasks listed in the visit plan by tapping each checkbox. Add notes about what you're observing or any concerns. Hailo keeps the visit card visible so you can see your active time. When you're ready to leave, tap Clock out. The app shows a summary of your recorded time, location, completed tasks, and notes. Review everything—if the time is off by more than a few minutes or your location wasn't captured, add a note explaining it. Confirm the summary is correct and tap Submit to finish.
