When your agency offers you a shift, you can accept to confirm you'll work it or decline if you're unavailable. Your agency may offer shifts in several ways: through a notification in the app, in your Plans tab, or via open/coverage shifts that invite you to express interest. You'll see details like the client name, date, time, duration, and service address. Tap the shift to see the full details. Check the time (including any travel time to the location), the client's care needs, and any special instructions. Make sure the time doesn't conflict with your other commitments. If you can work the shift, tap Accept or Confirm. Accepting the shift tells your agency you'll be there. Make sure you're committing to the full time—your agency and the client are counting on you. If you're unavailable, tap Decline. Your agency will know you can't work that time and will find another caregiver. If your agency requires a reason, fill that in. When you accept a shift, you're confirming that you'll work that visit at the scheduled time. Your agency may rely on that commitment to tell the client a caregiver is assigned. Canceling after accepting means notifying your agency as soon as possible so they can find a replacement.
