Your pay is calculated from the hours Hailo records when you clock in and out. Understanding how your time is tracked helps you verify that paychecks are accurate. Each visit you clock into creates a record with your clock-in time, clock-out time, and calculated duration. This is the time information your agency uses to calculate your pay. The recorded duration includes any unpaid breaks you take during the visit. Go to the Plans tab in the app to see all your scheduled and completed visits. For any completed visit, tap it to see the exact clock-in and clock-out times and your recorded duration. Add up your recorded hours across all shifts in your pay period to estimate your gross hours. Your actual hourly rate, overtime rules, mileage reimbursement, and pay schedule are set by your agency. These are not visible in the app—they're in the backend system your agency uses for payroll. Message your agency through the app or call to ask about your rates, when checks are sent, and how to request a pay stub. If the recorded hours on a shift don't match what you worked, contact your agency as soon as possible. They can correct the time with a note explaining why, and the correction will be included in your next payroll run.
