Get your Hailo caregiver app ready so you can view shifts, clock in and out, and message your agency. Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and search for Hailo.. Tap Install or Get to download the app.. Open the app and enter the email address your agency used in their invitation.. Enter your temporary password from the email your agency sent. If you've signed in before, use your regular password.. If the app shows a password change screen, create a new password you'll remember. The app will ask for permission to send notifications and access your location. Allow both. Location is required for clock-in so your agency can verify you're at the client's home (an EVV requirement). After sign-in, tap Profile to review your information and notification settings. Then explore the four main tabs: Home shows your next shift, Plans lists all your scheduled work, Messages lets you talk to your agency, and Profile is where you manage your account.
