Keeping your profile current helps your agency schedule you for the right clients and ensures they have accurate emergency contact information. Some agencies use Hailo to track certifications and documents. Tap the Profile tab at the bottom, then Personal Info. You can change your name, phone number, address, and profile photo. Save your changes after editing. Your agency will see the updated information immediately. Some agencies track certifications, licenses, background checks, or other documents in Hailo. If your agency uses this feature, a Documents section or credential card appears on your profile. Tap to upload a new file or replace an expiring document. Supported files include PDF, images, and common document formats. If you have a Availability section in your profile, update the days and times you can work. If you add skills, languages, or service-area preferences, save them. Your agency uses this information to match you with suitable shifts. If your agency tracks expiration dates for certifications or licenses, watch for reminders in the app as dates approach. Upload renewal documents as soon as you get them so you stay eligible for assignments. If a credential expires, your agency may hold shifts until it is renewed.
