If you've forgotten your password or need to change it, Hailo makes it easy to reset or update. Go to the Hailo app sign-in screen.. Tap Forgot password or Password recovery (the exact link name varies by app version).. Enter the email address you use to sign in.. Hailo sends you a password reset email. Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for a message from Hailo.. Click the reset link in the email. It opens a page where you can create a new password.. Enter your new password twice and save the change.. Return to the app and sign in with your new password. Tap Profile at the bottom right of the app.. Tap Notification Settings.. Look for the password change or reset option.. Enter your current password, then type your new password twice.. Tap Save or Confirm to update your password. First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still don't see the email after a few minutes, try the password reset again. Make sure you're using the correct email address—the one your agency used when they invited you. If you've tried multiple times and still don't receive the email, contact your agency directly. They can help you reset your password or resend your account invitation.
