Keep your profile current and customize your notification preferences so your agency has your latest information and you only receive the messages you want. Tap Profile at the bottom right. Tap Personal Info to edit your name, phone number, address, or photo. Make any changes and tap Save. Your agency's records stay current. From the Profile screen, tap Notification Settings and look for the password reset link. Enter your current password, then type your new password twice. Save the change. In Notification Settings, choose which types of messages and shift updates you want to receive—for example, notifications about new shifts, schedule changes, or agency announcements. Save your choices. The Hailo app needs permission to use your location (for clock-in) and send notifications. If you changed these settings on your device (iPhone or Android Settings), open Notification Settings in the app to re-enable them if needed. From the Profile screen, scroll down and tap Sign Out. You can sign back in anytime with your email and password.
