Sign-in issues usually come from mismatched email addresses, password typos, or an expired invitation. Work through these checks to get back in. Check the invitation email your agency sent you. Your Hailo sign-in email must exactly match the one in that invite. Check for extra spaces, typos, and capital letters. Email addresses are case-insensitive, but any typo will make sign-in fail. Make sure Caps Lock is off on your keyboard. Passwords are case-sensitive, so if you typed a capital letter by mistake, sign-in will fail. Also watch for extra spaces before or after your password. On the sign-in screen, look for a Forgot password or Password recovery link. Tap it, enter your email, and follow the steps. Your agency will send you a password reset email. Click the link in that email and create a new password. If your agency sent you an invitation link and you waited a long time to accept it, the link may have expired. Your invitation email should show a resend link or instructions. Ask your agency to send a new invite. Try the password reset flow. If the app says your email is not registered, your agency may not have created your account yet or added you to the system. Message your agency to confirm they've set you up as a caregiver. If you still can't sign in after trying these steps, call your agency directly or ask them to help you set up your account. Provide them with the exact error message you're seeing so they can troubleshoot faster.
