Some warnings block you from saving; others let you proceed but document the issue for later review. The caregiver is already assigned to another client during the proposed time. Overlaps are allowed for team visits but prevented for solo assignments unless you override. Resolve by changing the shift time, choosing a different caregiver, or confirming the overlap is intentional. The caregiver lacks a credential required for the client's care type, or their credential has expired. Update the caregiver's profile with the missing or renewed credential before assigning. If the client's requirements are too strict, adjust the client's profile instead. The caregiver's status is Inactive, Inactive (screening pending), or Archived. Activate the caregiver in their profile or confirm with your hiring team why they are inactive before assigning. The caregiver has set availability windows that do not include the shift's time, or location preferences that exclude the shift's address. Update the caregiver's availability or proceed if the preferences have changed. The client requires a caregiver with a specific skill, language, or experience area that the selected caregiver's profile does not list.
