Build a single visit from start to finish using the Schedules app. You'll choose a client, set the date and time, add visit details and instructions, assign a caregiver, and publish to notify your team. Choose Schedules from the left menu. The calendar shows all your current shifts by day, week, or month. You can also view open coverage that needs assignment and completed visits pending approval. Choose Create shift. Select the client from the dropdown. If the client has existing care plans, you can pick one to inherit its default service type, address, and rates. Or start fresh with a new manual visit. Choose the visit date and start time. The system calculates an end time based on a default 4-hour duration, but you can adjust it. The scheduled time appears in your calendar and on the caregiver's app. Select the service type (personal care, shopping, companionship, etc.) and choose or confirm the service address. Add any special instructions, notes, or care tasks the caregiver should complete. These details appear on the shift card and in the caregiver's visit list. Choose a caregiver from the list. You can see their availability, skills, and any client preferences or notes that may apply. Hailo flags conflicts if the caregiver is already assigned to another client during that time, or if they lack a required credential. Confirm the caregiver pay rate and the client billing rate.
