The CRM tracks prospects from initial lead through consultation, conversion to a client record, and the first scheduled visit. Use pipeline stages to organize your sales workflow and track revenue opportunities. Go to Growth > CRM and select the Pipeline tab. Leads appear as cards organized by stage: New lead, Consultation, Proposal, Negotiation, and Converted. Click Add lead to manually create a prospect, or leads from the interest form and marketplace automatically appear in the New lead stage. Open a lead card and review their name, location, care type, estimated hours per week, and submission date. Add notes about their needs and preferences. Click Schedule consultation to book a discovery call. Use the calendar field to set the date and time, and the system can send a calendar invite. After the consultation, drag the lead to Proposal or Negotiation based on their status. When they commit to service, move them to Converted. The Convert button creates a new client record pre-filled with the lead's information. You can then add the full care plan, billing details, and schedule their first visit. Use the pipeline view to see at a glance how many leads are in each stage and which consultations are coming up. Add team members or assign leads to specific staff. Use notes and activity history to track conversations and next steps.
