The recruiting pipeline organizes applicants through New, Interview, Offer, Onboarding, and Converted stages. Use stages to track progress from application through hire and agency roster creation. Go to Recruiting and select the Pipeline tab. You will see a Kanban board with columns for each stage. In the Settings tab, find your unique public apply link. Share this link on your website, job boards, or with referral partners. Each applicant who submits the form lands in the New stage automatically. Click on an applicant card in the New stage to open their profile and review their form responses, skills, and experience. Use the notes field to capture impressions. Drag an applicant card to Interview when you decide to have a conversation. Schedule interviews directly in the card using the calendar field. After the interview, move them to Offer if you want to extend a job offer. When an applicant accepts the job, move them to Onboarding. Use the onboarding tab to assign training tasks, collect documents, and track progress. Once onboarding is complete (90% or more), move the applicant to the Convert button. This creates a new caregiver profile in your roster with their submitted information pre-filled. After conversion, the new caregiver opens in edit mode so you can add employment details, pay rate, credentials, skills, and emergency contact information. Save the complete profile.
