Each stage involves specific actions and decision points. Leads arrive in three ways: clients submit your interest form (hailocare.com/interest/your-slug), you purchase them from the Marketplace, or your team creates them manually. All sources feed the CRM Pipeline as New leads with contact info, location, care type, and estimated hours. Open the lead card in your CRM Pipeline. Review their needs and add any notes. Click Schedule consultation to book a discovery call. Use the calendar field to set the date, and the system can send a calendar invite. When the consultation is complete, drag the lead card from New lead to the Consultation column. After the consultation, assess whether the prospect is a good fit. If yes, drag the lead to Proposal. Add details about your agency's service offering, rates, and timeline. If they need to discuss terms or have questions, move to Negotiation. Use notes to track conversations and action items. When they commit to service, move the lead to Converted. Click the Convert button on the lead card.
