Clients and family members get their own private accounts to view visits, receive messages, and access care information. Each person manages their own password; never share agency credentials. Go to Clients, find the client, and open their detail page. Scroll to the right rail and look for the Hailo app access card. This shows who has been invited and the status of each invitation. Click the Invite button and select the person from the client record (the client themselves or an authorized family contact). Confirm their email address is correct. Choose to send the invitation via email. Hailo sends the person a private link to create their own account and sign in. After the person accepts the invitation, return to the Hailo app access section and confirm they appear as an active user. If an invitation expires, you can resend it from the same card. You can also add access instructions or preferences in the client record so the invited person sees them after they sign in.
