Verify the email carefully as it is used to grant portal access. Record the caregiver's address, hire date, current status, role, and supervisor. Separate private employment notes from visit instructions and client-facing information. Set the caregiver's active status only after hiring and credential verification are complete. Select the work state and applicable credential pathway, then add registry or license details, verification source, issue date, and expiration date. Complete state registry verification before marking the caregiver as available for assignment. Attach supporting files when needed; each file must be under 10 MB. Record languages, experience areas, care task skills, schedule preferences, and travel preferences. Use accurate selections instead of marking every option; Atlas and schedulers rely on this data.
