The Compliance page shows every caregiver's status for credentials, certifications, screenings, and other items your agency tracks. Use it to spot expiring or missing items and prevent gaps in your roster. From Caregivers, select the Compliance tab. This page shows all your caregivers and their current compliance status in a single view. Each caregiver shows a status badge: OK (current), Unverified (pending review), Expiring soon (within 30 days), Expired (past expiration), or Missing (not recorded). Use the status filter at the top to focus on caregivers needing attention. Click on a caregiver row to open their full profile. Scroll to the Credentials & compliance section to see every item your agency tracks, including issue dates, expiration dates, and verification status. Add or edit credential details like registry numbers, license numbers, or screening results. If a state registry check is required, you can check the caregiver's status and mark it verified when confirmed. When an item is expiring or expired, use the Notes field to record follow-up actions, such as asking the caregiver to renew their certification. You can also send a message to the caregiver through the portal. Return to the Compliance page weekly or monthly to catch items before they expire.
