Atlas is your AI copilot that can answer questions about your schedules, payroll, caregivers, compliance, clients, and invoices. It also suggests actions it thinks should happen and tracks its work with an attention inbox. Go to Atlas in the Overview section of your sidebar. You'll see the Atlas chat interface with a text box for questions, quick stat cards, suggested actions, working/just-handled logs, and an attention inbox. Use the text box to ask specific questions instead of general ones. Good asks are: 'Show me late arrivals this week' or 'Who's available to cover Friday at 2pm?' instead of broad questions like 'How are we doing?' Atlas shows action cards it thinks should happen: fill an open shift, approve timesheets, resolve an EVV exception, update a caregiver credential, or send a message. Read the summary and details, then click Approve & run if the action is correct. Click Reject to dismiss it if it's not right. Some actions can be enabled for auto-run so Atlas executes them automatically without asking next time. Autopilot playbooks let Atlas handle routine tasks automatically, such as approving shifts that meet criteria or sending shift reminders. Go to Settings to enable playbooks that match your agency's workflow. The Working on tab shows pending actions waiting for your approval.
