Compare clock-in and clock-out times against what was scheduled and what the client or caregiver observed. A pause or break reduces the payable time. Open a visit detail and look for pause time, no-show adjustments, or exception notes. These reduce or eliminate payable hours. Contact the caregiver or client if duration seems wrong. Check whether each visit is using the expected rate. Open the visit to see the applied caregiver rate and client billing rate. Look for per-shift rate overrides that might explain a difference.
