A Hailo invoice contains all the details a client needs to understand their charges, verify the work provided, and process payment. The top of the invoice displays your agency's name, logo (if uploaded in Settings), and the label 'Invoice'. This establishes the source and looks professional. The 'Bill to' area shows the client's name and the billing contact address. This is who receives and pays the invoice. Verify the address is correct before sending. The invoice number, issue date, due date (or payment terms), and service period appear near the top right. The service period shows the date range of the visits included, which helps clients match invoices to their calendars. Each visit appears as a line showing the service date, description (such as personal care or companionship), hours or quantity, hourly rate, and total. Clients can verify that each visit date, duration, and rate match their expectations and authorizations. Additional line items for reimbursements, mileage, fees, supplies, or credits appear after the service visits. Each should have a clear description so the client understands what they are paying for. The invoice shows subtotal (visits only), any adjustments applied, and the grand total due. The balance-due field shows what the client still owes (full amount if unpaid, zero if paid).
