Enable online payment processing so clients can pay invoices directly by credit card or bank transfer without checks or manual coordination. When you enable Stripe, invoices include a secure payment button. Clients click it to save their card or bank account once. You then charge them when invoices are due, and they receive confirmation emails. Funds land in your bank account automatically. Go to Settings > Billing. Under Online payments, click Connect with Stripe. You will be redirected to Stripe to create or link your account. The process takes about 5 minutes. Stripe will ask for your business name, address, tax ID, and a bank account for payouts. Have these details ready. If you already have a Stripe account for another business, you can link that same account to Hailo. Stripe charges a processing fee when clients pay. Card payments cost 2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction. Bank transfers (ACH) are 1% with a $0.30 minimum. These are Stripe's standard rates; Hailo adds no markup. Payouts to your bank account are free for standard transfers (2–5 business days) or 1.5% for instant payouts (minutes). Fees are deducted before the amount hits your account.
