Hailo offers three invoice templates to match your agency's style. Choose one as your default, override it per invoice, and upload your logo for a branded look. Bold Balance is a modern design with teal accents and the balance prominently featured. Detailed Statement is a classic mint letterhead with a clear ruled table of services. Midnight Sidebar is an editorial split layout with an account summary on a dark sidebar. Each template is designed to print and email well. Choose based on your agency's professional style. Clients will see the same template on every invoice from your agency unless you override it on individual invoices. Go to Settings > Billing. Under Invoice templates, select the template that best represents your agency. This becomes the default for all new invoices. In the same Billing settings, find the Logo section. Upload a PNG or PDF file (recommended size 300 x 100 pixels, under 2 MB). The logo appears in the header of every invoice. If you do not upload a logo, the invoice shows your agency's initials or name in a box instead. Clients can still read and pay the invoice, but a branded logo looks more professional.
